A trio of Greene County events competed in preliminaries at the Drake Relays Friday, but none qualified for final competition.
Senior hurdler Eme Johnson finished seventh in her heat of the 100 meter hurdles with a time of :16.32. That time placed her in 21st place in the field of 32.
The girls 4 X 100 meter relay won their heat with a time of :51.79, but the time was 41st in the field of 80. Seniors Mollie Sorber, Emma Saddoris and Emily Christensen and sophomore Olivia Hansen comprise the team.
The boys 4 X 100 m relay team finished third in its preliminary heat with a time of :44.93. The team finished in 59th place of 80 teams. On the team were senior Dylan McConnell, sophomore Dalton Weber, senior Dylan Hamilton and junior Max Neese.
