“The commencement of hiring and staffing marks the most significant benchmark in the project so far,” Couch said. “For months, we have been receiving inquiries about the hiring process through emails, phone calls and social media. Now we can provide definitive details, knowing that the opening and grand opening are just around the corner.”
Meet Nancy Webb: Webb brings to Wild Rose more than 30 years of experience. She grew up in Grand Junction and is an East Greene graduate. She attended Drake University and earned a bachelor’s degree in human services/personnel management. During her career, Webb has helped to launch startup companies and supporting growing companies with customer service-centered and hospitality-focused human resources.
She has management team experience with an out-of-state Native American casino, and most recently worked for an upscale senior living organization. Webb will report directly to Couch and be responsible for staffing, training, compensation and benefits, as well as for designing programs to deliver a high level of customer service for guests and players.
“Nancy’s experience, background and interest in getting back to Greene County made her a perfect fit to lead our HR functions,” Couch said.
