Our Jefferson veterans groups, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, an the Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliary, would like to thank the individuals who attended our first fundraiser meal for the year.
We would like to especially thank three local businesses, Carstensen Farms, Andrew Farms, and Brown Funeral Homes for their donations of funds totaling a combined $2,500. These funds were donated specifically for the roofing project.
We considered our evening a success and plan to use your donations to benefit all three groups to help veterans and serve our community.
