In Greene County magistrate court Amelia Marie Kennedy of Jefferson was found guilty at trial March 18 of assault. She was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $81.50.
A judgment was entered March 18 against Lance Michael Ross of Grand Junction on a charge of theft-fifth degree. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge. He must pay $1.99 restitution to Oly’s Corner and $81.50 court costs. As part of a plea agreement, charges of supplying alcohol to a person under age and domestic abuse assault-simple in a separate case against Ross were dismissed.
