In Greene County magistrate court a judgment of $65 was entered Feb. 18 against Lance Michael Ross of Grand Junction on a charge theft-fifth degree. Ross must also pay a 422.75 surcharge, a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge, $60 court costs and restitution to be determined.
Cases were initiated against four individuals during the week ending Feb. 20 as follows: Marshall Raymond Estabrook of Des Moines, Eliza Joy Smith of Grand Junction, and James John Souder and Nicole Marie Souder, both of Scranton. All are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
