In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Feb. 13 in a case initiated in district court against Rafael Partida Jr of Jefferson. Partida pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment-simple, amended from harassment-first degree. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge.
