Saturday was a near perfect day for the first Color-A-Thon run/walk hosted by the Paton-Churdan schools in Churdan. Greene County magistrate court, week ending Oct. 24

In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 22 against Edward Eugene Goff of Jefferson on a charge of criminal mischief. Halloween dance for grades 6-8

The Webb House will host a Halloween dance and a haunted house Friday, Oct. 31, from 8 to 10:30 pm. All 6th, 7th and 8th graders are invited. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes. There is a small admission for the dance and for the haunted house.  Proceeds will go to PAWS’ new facility.
