A judgment was entered in Greene County magistrate court in a case initiated in district court against Jennifer Sue Maloney, 37, of Scranton. A charge of operating while intoxicated (OWI)-first offense was amended to reckless driving. Maloney was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. She must also pay $60 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees and $100 court costs.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Nicole Lynn Johnson, 28, of Jefferson, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of prescription drugs (nine counts), forgery-aiding and abetting, child endangerment, and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (two counts); Christina Marie Heath, 31, of Jefferson, sexual exploitation by a counselor or therapist; Lance Michael Ross, 17, of Grand Junction, criminal mischief-fourth degree; and Douglas Duane Owen, 32, of Harcourt, OWI-first offense.
