Deadline near for logo submission
Planning continues for the 2015 Bell Tower Festival, Bell Tower Big Top. The Greene County Chamber’s events committee, led by Toni Linberg, will meet Monday, Dec. 15, at 5:30 pm at the Chamber office, located at 220 N. Chestnut St in Jefferson. Anyone who has ideas to offer or who would like to share an organizational role in the festival is welcome to attend.
All artists are reminded that the deadline to submit a logo for Bell Tower Big Top is Dec. 19. The festival logo will be used on all advertising (print and web), T-shirts, event signage and other promotional items.
The committee is looking for a logo that will reproduce well at small sizes and includes the Mahanay Bell Tower, a Ferris wheel, and other elements to reflect the Big Top theme. Designs should be submitted as a vector file with versions including CMYK, spot color, and one-color. The Greene County Chamber will retain all rights to the logo and its use.
Designs can be submitted to the steering committee at chamber@greenecountyiowa.com. The logo will be selected in early January. The designer of the logo will receive $200 in Chamber Checks, redeemable at any Greene County Chamber member.
