The second drawing in the Greene County Chamber’s Hometown Holidays Christmas Certificate give-away was held Monday, Dec. 8. Winners were (seated, from left) Roxie Plath of Ogden, who registered at Deal’s Orchard, Claire Teusch of Jefferson, who registered at Royal Jewelers, Peg Moranville of Jefferson, who was a winner last week with her entry at Don’s Ace Hardware, and Anne Frederick of Jefferson, who registered at the Greene County Medical Center auxiliary’s Gift Garden.
Pictured with them are (standing, from left) Cindy Deal of Deal’s Orchard, Steve Schwaller of Royal Jewelers, Andy Harlan of Don’s Ace Hardware, and Lynda Cochran of the Gift Garden.
The winners each received $50 in certificates redeemable at any of the 30 participating merchants. Two drawings remain – Dec. 15 and Dec. 22 – with three winners each week. “The Christmas Certificate give-away is just one of many reasons to shop in Greene County this holiday season,” said Greene County Chamber executive director Chris Henning.
