October Bucket Fillers were (from left) Natalie Towers, Chloe Dzuris, Trey Schilling and Michael Ross (not pictured.) With them is Lori Subbert, store manager of Hy-Vee Drugstore in Jefferson. Hy-Vee Drug Store is the corporate sponsor and provides Bucket Filler T-shirts for the award winners each month.
Each month adults in the school nominate children who are almost always sharing love and happiness with others. A committee selects one recipient from each grade level each month.
