In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Oct. 22 against Edward Eugene Goff of Jefferson on a charge of criminal mischief. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge and a $125 law enforcement initiative (LEI) surcharge. He must pay $45 restitution for his court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs. Charges of trespass and harassment-third degree were dismissed.
A judgment was entered against Heather Thelma Ott of Jefferson on a charge of theft-fifth degree. The judgment was for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge and a $125 LEI surcharge. Court costs were $60. A charge of trespass was dismissed.
A judgment was entered against Juan Angel Guzman of Jefferson on a charge of trespass. He was fined 465 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 LEI surcharge. Court costs were $60.
