This week’s Community Fellowship at Trinity Lutheran Church will feature as speaker Alicia Van Cannon of ACCESS, Assault Care Center Extending Shelter and Support. ACCESS serves Greene, Boone and Story counties with services for those in domestic or sexual assault situations. VanCannon is knowledgeable about the prevalence of domestic abuse in Greene County, the work of the Greene County Coalition Against Violence, and what the needs are for services and advocacy.
Fellowship will begin at 4 pm with VanCannon speaking at 4:30. A light supper will be served at 5:30. All are welcome. A free will donation will be accepted.
