Speed, $80 (11-15 mph over limit): Michael G. McCarty of Harcourt and *Tricia Lynne Trueblood of Gowrie.
Speed, $40 (6-10 over): John Lee Hansen of Gray, *Allen Eugene Plath of Pisgah, *Cheryl Ann Robson of Scranton, Ladonna Sue Havick of Harlan, Debra Lynn Riesberg of Carroll, and Greg Earl Karbr of Jefferson.
Speed, $20 (1-5 over): Suzanne Michelle Detrick of Wilkes Barre, PA, Michael A. Klocke of Coon Rapids, and Thomas J. Julich of Carroll.
Failure to stop/yield as posted, $100: Margorie Baker Shaffer of Jefferson.
Failure to wear/maintain safety belts, $50: Gerry Kenneth Drake of Coon Rapids.
Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Joseph Charles Hofbauer of Coon Rapids, George Randy Grant of Columbia, KY, and Billy Joel Williams of Tyler, TX, all speed, $20; and Alysha Nicole Steece of Jefferson, operation without registration card or plate, $50.
The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.
Court costs were $60 on each citation unless otherwise noted.
