Greene County middle school students will begin their annual magazine sales drive Wednesday, Oct. 8. Magazine subscriptions, CDs and other products are offered through QSP’s Great American family reading program. The school retains 40 percent of every dollar spent on magazines and other listed products. Proceeds go to the middle school student activity fund to help with the cost of activities like Quiz Bowl, the school play, and the bonus trip to Seven Oaks for skiing, as well as team uniforms and other athletic expenses.
Persons who would like to support the students by purchasing a magazine subscription but are not contacted by a seventh or eighth grader cam contact the school at 515-386-8126.
