The Greene County Rams are at 1-2 in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference and 4-4 overall after losing in three sets to the Roland-Story Norsemen in home volleyball Tuesday.
In the first set, R-S was up 7-2 before the Rams took a two point lead at 11-9. The Norsemen put on a run and led 22-15, with the final score 25-18 for R-S. The Rams trailed again in the second set, with the score 8-13 for R-S, but the Rams were able to tie the set at 18-18. The Norsemen dominated the rest of the set for a 25-20 win. In the third set the Rams played catch-up the entire set and trailed by as many as 11 points before the set ended at 25-16 for the Norsemen.
