The Friends of the Jefferson Public Library will name and honor the Friend of the Year next Thursday, Sept. 25, at 7 pm at the library.
The annual award is presented to a volunteer that provides support and encouragement to and for the library and its programs. The recipient is not announced prior to that evening.
Refreshments will be served following the presentation. All are welcome.
