In Greene county district court Brian Keith Dunlap, 39, of Perry pleaded not guilty July 28 to charges of criminal mischief-second degree (three counts), burglary-third degree (three counts); and ongoing criminal conduct- influence enterprise. A trial date was set for Aug. 26.
