The Greene County Rams played a late night state tournament semifinal game against the Lady Indians of Clarke Community School in Osceola and lost 4-1. The game was scheduled to start at 7:30 pm, but didn’t get underway until 11, due to a three hour rain delay.
Lady Indian pitcher Libby Bemis had a dozen strike outs for the game. The Lady Indians had won their quarterfinal game Monday against Spirit Lake by a convincing 13-0 score in just three innings.
