Greene County Farm Bureau members are reminded that the deadline for reservations for the annual meeting is Wednesday, July 23.
The annual meeting is slated for Thursday, July 31, at Clover Hall at the Greene County Fairgrounds. A roast beef meal will be served at 6:30 pm and the business meeting will start at 7:30.
This is the Farm Bureau’s centennial year, having been organized in 1914. Guest speakers will be Iowa Farm Bureau Federation president Craig Hill and Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Bill Northey.
