Sunday afternoon at the Greene County Fair will be a little sweeter with a Sundaes on Sunday ice cream social at the Roger Nailor Shelter House on the west side of the fairgrounds. Serving will be from 2 to 4 pm. A free will donation will be accepted for the Roger Nailor Memorial Fund.
“Roger loved his family and friends, gardening, the fair, 4-H, ice cream and giving back to his community,” said his wife Cheryl. “As his family, we see so many things happening in Greene County that we know Rog would want to be part of, and our goal is to continue his community involvement.”
The memorial fund supports community projects. “Please join us to celebrate Rog in all that he did and will continue to do for our community,” Cheryl said. “See you at the fair!”
