The Greene County baseball team lost a non-conference game against the Ogden Bulldogs Tuesday by a 5-4 score.
The Rams had eight hits in the game, including a two-run homer by Alex Rasmussen. It was his second for the season. The other Ram hits were all singles, with two by JC Weitl and Tyler Beger, and one each from Jordan Challen, Daric Whipple and Colton Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick had an RBI.
Fitzpatrick pitched the entire six innings for the Rams. He struck out eight and walked one batter. He allowed five earned runs on nine hits.
The loss puts the Rams at 8-14 on the season while the Bulldogs’ record improved to 15-11.
