In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Zachery Allen Waters of Paton after a trial on charges of theft-fifth degree and trespass. He was found guilty of both charges. Rippey man hurt in crash on the DSM River

Two men were injured Saturday, June 21, when the personal water crafts (PWCs) they were operating on the Des Moines River hit an obstruction near the surface of the water.
