Welcome to the Thomas Jefferson Gardens…..Greening Up Greene County! !
There might not be a yellow brick road, but there is a beautiful brick pathway to follow as from the gate at the corner of Chestnut and Lincoln Way that will take visitors on a journey through the newest attraction in Jefferson.
The board of the Thomas Jefferson Gardens invites everyone to visit Saturday, June 14, from 1 to 3 pm to learn more about this lovely green space. “Stop by and learn what will be growing in the Thomas Jefferson Gardens this summer, take a picture with Thomas Jefferson, learn about the plow that he invented, and maybe even plant a few flower seeds. Thomas Jefferson and the Gardens board will eagerly be awaiting your arrival,” a spokesperson said.
