In Greene County magistrate court identical judgments were entered May 28 against Joseph J. Ratliff of Jefferson and Vincent Andrew Ratliff of Glidden on charges of disorderly conduct. They were each fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
A judgment was entered against Lance Michael Ross on a charge of assault, amended from a charge in district court of assault causing bodily injury. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $100.
A judgment was entered against Maurice Dontez Daye of Des Moines on charges of disorderly conduct and false report to a public entity. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on each of the charges. Court costs were $60.
A case was initiated against Gary Lee Warnke of Scranton on a charge of interference with official acts.

Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Katina Marie Streeper of Jefferson, speed, $40; Wade Ritchey Hoyle of Glidden, possession of alcohol under age- second offense, $500; and April E. Doggett of Grand Junction, possession of alcohol under age, $200.
The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.
