A pair of dinners are slated for Memorial Day, May 26.
Ham balls have center stage at a dinner at the First Presbyterian Church in Grand Junction, with serving from 11 am to 1 pm. Cheesy potato casserole, green beans, a salad bar, rolls, pie and beverages round out the menu. Cost is $8 for adults and $3 for children 12 and younger.
In Paton, the United Methodist Women will serve pork loin sandwiches, baked beans, homemade potato salad, desserts and beverages from 11 am to 1 pm at the Loren Shriver Community Building. A free will donation will be accepted.
