In Greene County district court a judgment was entered against Nevin Wesler Reed, 23, of Grand Junction after he pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment-third degree, amended from assault-aggravated. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $100. (Sentencing: Honorable Adria A. Kester)
Persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments as follows: Rianna Lea Stott, 30, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated (OWI)-first offense; and Donald Lawrence Huls Jr, 30, of Kansas City, MO, OWI-second offense. Stott’s trial was set for July 22; Huls’ trial was set for July 11.
Cases were initiated in district court during the week that ended May 16 as follows: Shawn Allen Cook, 23, of Scranton, fraudulent practices- fourth degree; and Adam Vaughn Bauer, 29, of Paton, OWI-first offense.
