Trinity Lutheran Church in Jefferson will celebrate “75 Years of Growing Together in Christ’s Love” during Bell Tower Festival weekend on Sunday, June 15. The committee requests reservations for the anniversary banquet by May 15.
A Celebration Worship service will be held at 9:30 am at the church at 801 W. Lincoln Way. Guest pastor for the service will be Rev Dr Carl C. Fickensher II. The Rev. Dr. Fickensher is dean of pastoral education and certification and professor of pastoral ministry and missions at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, IN.
A banquet catered by Lidderdale Country Store and a 75th anniversary program will follow the service at the Greene County Community Center. Reservations are required for the banquet and should be made by May 15. Prices for the meal will increase after that date.
Commemorative Trinity Cookbooks are available while supplies last. A Trinity History book covering the past 75 years will also be available in hard copy or in digital format.
