In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered April 2 against Tyler James Alberts of Jefferson on two counts of theft-fifth degree and one count of trespass. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on each of the three charges. He must also pay a Law Enforcement Initiative (LEI) surcharge of $125. Court costs were $103.

Churdan library kicks off National Library Week Sunday
