A trio of Greene County Middle School students participated in the Special Olympics track and field events held in Fort Dodge Wednesday, April 16. Even though the day was very cold and very windy. They all did an excellent job, their coaches reported.
Ryan Murrey, Tyler Rysavy, and Kelly Martin represented their school admirably. Kelly Martin received a blue ribbon in the standing long jump and will go on to the state Special Olympics held in Ames on May 22.
