The theme was “It’s a Disney Day,” and students sang and did moving routines to favorite songs from Disney movies and Disney Channel programs. A spectacular routine done by Mrs. Murphy’s fourth grade class to the song “Let It Go” from the new movie “Frozen” used blue glow sticks in a darkened gym.
The program ended with all four grades joining together to sing the “Mickey Mouse March.” Listen to their rendition here:
Elementary music teacher Susan Turner and physical education teacher Lori Danner prepared the students for the program, with assistance from their classroom teachers.
