Greene County Reads book discussions about “Letters from Skye” by Jessica Brockmole are slated for next week at the Grand Junction, Paton and Jefferson public libraries.
The story is told exclusively as letters between lovers, mother and daughter, and husband and wife. The story spans two generations, two continents, and both World Wars.
Jan Scharingson will return as discussion leader. Discussions are slated for Wednesday, March 12, at 9 am at the Grand Junction Public Library and at 2 pm at the William Paton Public Library in Paton; and Thursday, March 13, at 7 pm at the Jefferson Public Library.
The libraries in the county all have copies available to check out. The libraries request a registration for the discussions to allow proper planning for space and refreshments.
Greene County Reads is a cooperative project of the Greene County Libraries and the Greene County board of supervisors.
