All three Greene County wrestlers at the high school state tournament finished their seasons Friday.
On the winners’ side of the bracket, senior Jeremy Scheuermann (152) wrestled Bret Tomoson of Sergeant Bluff-Luton in the quarterfinals and lost by decision 7-1. He finished the season at 42-6.
Sophomore Tommy Bradshaw (138) wrestled senior Wyatt Forsythe of Charles City in the second round of the consolation bracket and lost by fall in 4:29. His season record ended at 41-4.
Junior Jordan Challen (132) wrestled senior Mitchell Broer of Ballard (Huxley) in the second round of the consolation bracket. Challen lost by decision 10-3. He finished the season at 37-8.
