Greene County magistrate court, week ending Feb. 7

In Greene County magistrate court cases were initiated as follows: Arthur Henry Chambers of Grand Junction, disorderly conduct; Paul Eugene Oyres of Paton, violation of protective order (two separate cases); Danielle L. Schofield of Scranton, violation of a protective order;  Fredrick James Selleck of Gowrie, public intoxication and trespass; and Anthony David Rothmeyer of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week of Feb. 1-7 as follows: Brian C. Peterson of Plattsmouth, NE, dark window/windshield, $50; Alejandro Silva of Dodge City, KS, failure to maintain control, $100; and Lisa Anne Kuhl of Jefferson, operation without registration, $50.

Also, speed, $80 (11-15 mph over limit): *Nina Marie Susan Mace of Jefferson.

Speed, $40 (6-10 over): *Mayra Emperatriz Rivas of Denison, *Russell Edward Jones II of Huxley, Neal Anthony Carolan of Ames,* Gerald Anthony Miller of Fort Dodge, *Jamie Jaqueline Hocking of Perry, Rudy M. Uebel of Jefferson and Suzanne E. Alt of Lake City.

Speed, $20 (1-5 over): Nicole Marie Soyer of Lake City, Lisa Ann Christensen of Bagley, Elizabeth Ann Parnell of Perry, and Vernon Raymond Henkenius and Michael A. Bach, both of Carroll.

Fish and game violations: Steven James Bosshart of Jefferson, no deer license or tag, $25.

Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): Cody Sellman of Carroll, speed, $90; *Richard C. Lundy of Walthill, NE, speed, $40; *Eriberto Castro-Godina of Waukee, speed, $90, and failure to prove security against financial liability, $250; and Michele Jean Dennhardt of Jefferson, operation without registration, $50.

The judgment includes a penalty of one-half the original fine and surcharge.

Court costs were $60 on each citation unless otherwise noted.

*An additional $5 county surcharge was added.
