In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments as follows: Brian Jay Williams, 26, of Pilot Mound, operating while intoxicated (OWI)-third offense, and driving while license revoked; Jordan Cheyenne Wiles, 21, of Bayard, OWI-second offense; and Melissa Ann Sanem, 30, of Churdan, OWI-third offense, driving while license barred, and driving while license revoked. Trial dates were set for Jan. 28 in every case.
A case was initiated Dec. 7 against Zachary Eugene Sukovaty, 18, of Scranton on a charge of OWI-first offense.
