In Greene County district court persons pleaded not guilty at arraignments Nov. 18 as follows: Justin Yager, 29, of Carnavon, possession of methamphetamine; Emma Louise Lank, 19, of Jefferson, operating while intoxicated (OWI)-first offense and child endangerment; Brian Scott Davis, 36, of Clemons, OWI-third offense and driving while license revoked; and Clay Wayne Hoffman, 29, of Sioux City, assault on a peace officer and criminal mischief-fourth degree. Trial dates were set for Jan. 28 in every case.
A case was initiated Nov. 20 against Kimberly Ann Hill, 48, of Jefferson, charged with manufacture of methamphetamine.
