In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Nov. 6 against Tara Jo Surell of Jefferson on a charge of theft-fifth degree. The judgment was for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge and a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative(LEI) surcharge. Court costs were $60.
