Intermediate school, middle school has fall concert
The musical groups from Greene County Intermediate School and Greene County Middle School presented their fall concert Tuesday evening in the Middle School gym. It was the first performance for the fifth grade choir and the fifth grade band.
Music staff includes Bob Palmer, Brenda Roberts, Becky Greiner, David Heupel, Susan Turner and Marty Brenden.
The Greene County fifth grade choir sang in two-part harmony Tuesday evening. The choir is pictured singing “Penny Whistle” with extra accompaniment by Miss Turner and sixth grader Carter Morton. Director is Brenda Roberts.The Greene County fifth grade band had its debut performance Nov. 19. After only a few months, the band was able to perform three tunes, including “Jolly Old St. Nicholas.” Director is Mr Bob Palmer.
