The Community Players of Greene County will present the beloved Rodgers and Hammerstein musical “The Sound of Music” in February.
Auditions for casting the adult roles are set for Sunday, Nov. 17, at 4 pm. Auditions for youth (ages 10-25) roles will be Monday, Nov. 18, at 7 pm. Auditions for those unable to make the previous calls will be Tuesday, Nov. 19, also at 7 pm. All auditions will take place at the First Presbyterian Church in Jefferson. As part of the audition process, performers will be asked to sing music from the musical.
CPGC has asked Sheilah Pound to direct “The Sound of Music,” assisted by other talented people in their respected areas of knowledge.
