The Paton-Churdan board of education will hold a community meeting Wednesday, Nov. 13, at 6:30 pm in the school auditorium to discuss the future academic sharing partner. This will be the last community meeting before the board decides whether the next academic sharing partner for grades 9-12 will be Greene County or Glidden-Ralston. A decision will be formed that evening.
Paton-Churdan is in the 10th year of partial day academic sharing with Jefferson-Scranton/Greene County. Prior to renewing the sharing contract, the P-C board explored opportunities with Greene County and Glidden-Ralston. Several community meetings have been held to gather input.
