Dispositions were recently done in Greene County magistrate court for several cases initiated in district court. Jesse Kennneth J. Summerfield, 31, of Grand Junction pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic abuse assault, amended from domestic abuse assault with intent or displaying a weapon.

Magistrate court, week ending Nov. 1
In Greene County magistrate court Alexander Calderon of Glidden was found guilty at a hearing Oct. 30 of disorderly conduct. A judgment was entered against him for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $293.18.

Warrants were issued for three Jefferson teens Oct. 28 in connection with a fire set to a Jefferson-Scranton school bus and a structure fire at 704 N. Elm on Oct. 21. The fires were determined to be suspicious and the state fire marshal was asked to investigate.
