Greene County magistrate court, week ending May 28

In Greene County magistrate court Kathy Louise Arey of Boone was sentenced to seven days in jail after she pleaded guilty to a charge of contempt, amended from violation of a no contact order. The jail time was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation to the Greene County sheriff. No order was entered for a fine or court costs.

Cases were initiated as follows: Marcel David Delay of Dana, reckless use of firearm; Adam Joseph Harvey of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia; Justin Joe Downs of Churdan, violation of no contact order; Austin Tylor O’Connell of Jefferson, domestic abuse assault; Dale Sanford Arey of Boone, violation of no contact order; and Megan Janae Tingwald of Perry, possession of drug paraphernalia.

The following persons were all charged with a public health violation: Conner Jacob Embrey of Rippey, Angel Rivera of Perry, Jonathan Mario Silva of Perry, Nathaniel Seth Pembereton of Des Moines, Marco Daniel Ortiz Nava Rico of Perry, Charity Leann Snavely of Grand Junction, Quincy Christine Carey of Rippey, Brando Burgos of Perry, Marvin Sarceno of Perry, Arnold Sinai Ayala Gomez of Perry, Mohammed Belarbi of Perry, and Fallon Caroline Heater of Perry.
