Grain bin = movie screen…. Why not?

Landus Cooperative is offering special pandemic-friendly entertainment with an opportunity to support the ARC food pantry this Saturday evening, May 9.

The grain bin at Landus’ Jefferson location will become the screen for a drive-in showing of Disney’s “Frozen 2.” Audio will be through each vehicle’s sound system via radio broadcast.

Social distancing will be followed. Attendees must stay in their vehicles. Lawn chairs or blankets will be allowed in the back of a pickup truck as long as no one leaves the vehicle. Chairs and blankets will not be allowed on the ground.

There will be no concessions sold; attendees are welcome to bring their own. There will also be no restrooms available.

Parking will begin at 8 pm, with the movie starting at sundown, about 8:30.

There is no admission charge, but cash donations will be accepted for the Action Resource Center food pantry. The collection will be no-contact.
