Greene County magistrate court, ending Jan. 10

In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Caitlyn Day of Paton on a charge of disorderly conduct, amended from assault. Day was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. She must pay $200 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees and $60 court costs. (Honorable Joseph B. McCarville)

Ted Lawrence Semke of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60. The charge came after Semke, who is a member of the Jefferson fire department, responded to a fire call intoxicated. (Magistrate Jessica Morton)

Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Logan Patrick Stripe of Boone, possession of drug paraphernalia; Holly Rae Plummer of Boone possession of drug paraphernalia; Marcia Kay Lowe of Yale, possession of drug paraphernalia; Tanisha Rice of Jefferson, violation of no contact order and, in a separate case, false report to public entity; Jason William Sheldahl of Jefferson, violation of no contact order and, in a separate case, false report to public entity; Royzel Henderson of Jefferson, providing tobacco product to minor; Terri Loreen Riley of Boone, possession of drug paraphernalia; James Kenneth Harris of Woodward, possession of drug paraphernalia; Carly Jene Hubby of Jefferson, possession of drug paraphernalia; Adam Joseph Harvey of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia; and Leigha Irene Welch of Toledo, possession of drug paraphernalia.
