RECOVERING – Phyllis Bardole is recovering from surgery so the library is still being opened by our willing volunteers. Thank you for the patience shown and best wishes to Phyllis as she continues to improve.

HANAMAN CHRISTMAS – Dale and Nancy Hanaman traveled to Eau Claire, WI, to spend Christmas with Matthew and Heather Hanaman and enjoyed a holiday meal with Heather’s dad and family.

They then journeyed on to Superior, WI, to be with their daughter Sarah and her husband Benji, and children Steven, Elizabeth and Andrea. Heather and Matthew and Adrianna came to enjoy another family Christmas event and to celebrate Sarah’s birthday on Dec. 28. A white Christmas season, with ample snow, was all around.

Dale and Nancy continued their traveling by returning northward to celebrate with granddaughter Elizabeth for her 16th birthday.

They also attended the memorial service on Jan. 3, held in the First United Methodist Church in Indianola for Marjorie Moore, wife of the Rev. Raymond Moore, who was pastor at the Rippey Methodist Church from June 1957 to June 1961.
