Rams tell HOIAC volleyball honorees

The Greene County volleyball team finished the season 12-20 overall and was sixth in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference at 2-5. Nevada was HOIAC champion at 7-0.

The league announced its all-conference honorees recently. Junior Brianna Osterson was named to the second all-conference team. She led the Rams with 166 kills and 26 total blocks.

Receiving honorable mention was senior Aubrey Heupel who was the team’s setter. She set 389 assists on the season.

Paige Heaning also received honorable mention for her work in the back row as libero. The senior recorded 201 digs in 2019.  ~courtesy of The Scranton Journal
