The Greene County Rams will travel to Des Moines next Friday to play the Des Moines Christian Lions In the first round of the IHSAA football playoffs.
Both teams are 8-1 on the season, with the Lions’ only loss being a 41-13 loss to Chariton in Week 8. The Lions handed PCM its only loss of the season, topping them 38-13. The only opponent both the Rams and the Lions have played is winless Saydel. The Rams topped the Eagles 48-7; the Lions won 55-0.
The winner will advance to play either Algona or (9-0) or Central Lyon/George-Little Rock (5-4).
