Jefferson Matters: Main Street’s Tower View Team is celebrating art in Jefferson with the first annual Art on the Square, slated for Saturday, Oct. 12, on the courthouse grounds. The outdoor event will run from 10 am to 4 pm and will be held rain or shine.
More than 20 exhibitors are expected with a variety of art for display and sale. There will also be live music and food trucks at the event.
Art on the Square purposely coincides with the Fall Festival at Deal’s Orchard and the Red Barn Home & Craft Show to make Jefferson a destination for the day. Visitors will also want to spend some time searching out the movie-themed scarecrows that have invaded Jefferson.
