Jefferson Elks lodge 2306 last week presented Greene County Schools a check for $600 for the school nutrition program.
Funds from the Elks Gratitude Grant will be used to supplement school meal costs for children whose parents can’t provide the necessary money for breakfast or lunch tickets.
