In Greene County magistrate court Brandon John Niedowicz of Lohrville was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. He must also pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge and $3.99 restitution to Mo’s Mart at White Oak Station. Court costs were $60.
Brianne Kara Wolf of Grand Junction was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge on a charge of disorderly conduct. Court costs were $60.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Logan Eric Warland of Fort Dodge has been charged with theft- fifth degree (two counts). The warrant was issued June 14 and returned Aug. 7.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Kelvin Eugene Miller of Boone, possession of drug paraphernalia; Melynda Louise Weltha of Grand Junction, theft- fifth degree, and in a separate case, domestic abuse assault- first offense.
